TadeuÌýjoined the Board of ÌÇÐÄ̽»¨ p.l.c. on 5 August 2019 and was appointed Chief Executive on 15 May 2023.

Tadeu brings significant management, innovation, and strategic leadership to the Board gained in various regional, global finance and general leadership roles across the Group.

Tadeu joined the Group in 1992 and joined the Management Board as Director, Business Development in 2014. He later became Regional Director, Western Europe in 2016, and Regional Director, Europe and North Africa in January 2018. He became Director, Group Transformation in January 2019 and, in addition to this role, he was appointed Deputy Finance Director in March 2019 and joined the Main Board as Finance Director on 5 AugustÌý2019.
