Our sustainability reporting

Our sustainability reporting aims to provide focused and integratedÌýsustainability communications for our stakeholders across a range of formats.

Our suite of reportingÌýincludes our ‘Combined Annual and Sustainability Report’, a ‘Diversity and Inclusion Report’, a ‘Sustainability Performance Data Book’, a ‘Modern Slavery Statement’ and issue-specific Focus Reports. Details of other key issues and activities can be found throughout this website.

An independent review of our sustainability reporting is an important element of Ìýhelping stakeholders place trust in our processes and in what we report, and supports our commitment to openness and transparency.

For our 2024 reporting, KPMG LLP conducted external, limited assurance of our key sustainability metrics in accordance with international standards ÌýISAE(UK) 3000 and ISAE 3410. Their independent limited assurance report can be found in our ‘Combined Annual and Sustainability Report 2024’

Our approach to sustainability reporting

In 2024 we further enhanced our Double Materiality Assessment (DMA) with reference to the latest available European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) at the time.

As we prepare for CSRD reporting we have continued to report with reference to other relevant frameworks, such as:

• Global Reporting Initiative (GRI);
• Sustainability Accounting Standard Board (SASB);
• Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR) Principal Adverse Impacts (PAI);
• Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD); and
• Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), with our TNFD-related disclosures.
