DarrellÌýwas appointed to the Board of ÌÇÐÄ̽»¨ p.l.c. as a Non-Executive Director on 7 December 2020. He is Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee.

Darrell brings valuable international experience to the Board, particularly in finance and treasury, in addition to his extensive operational and management skills and knowledge of capital markets. Most recently, Darrell served as Vice President and Treasurer for Harley-Davidson, Inc., a position which he held from June 2010 to April 2022, having previously held several senior finance positions, including Interim Chief Financial Officer for Harley-Davidson, Inc., Chief Financial Officer for Harley-Davidson Financial Services, Inc., and Vice President and Assistant Treasurer, PepsiCo, Inc.. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Inc. Darrell had a 19-year career in banking with Commerzbank Securities, Swiss Re New Markets, ABN Amro Bank and Citicorp/Citibank where he held various capital markets and corporate finance roles. Darrell was previously an Independent Director of Pitney Bowes, Inc..

Darrell currently serves on the boards of Dorman Products Inc., Scotia Holdings (US) Inc. and Vontier Corporation, and as a member of the Finance Committee of the Sojourner Family Peace Center,ÌýInc..
