Our D&I ambitions
By 2025 we aim to:
- 听Increase the number of women in senior teams to听40%听and women in management roles to听45%
- 听Achieve a听50%听spread of nationalities within regional and functional leadership teams
- 听Double听the number of cross-industry hires in senior teams.
听
Our progress was recognised at the end of 2021 when we became the first tobacco company to be achieve two industry-leading standards: the听UK National Equality Standard (NES)听and the听Global Equality Standard (GES)听for Diversity and Inclusion.
