BAT’s Global Graduate Programme is well respected industry-wide, offering graduates a full-time role from day one and a chance to make an immediate impact on our business.

We aim to attract the brightest and best to BAT, offering world-class development and training to grads as they set off on their career journeys.

Whether joining the ����̽��graduate programme in Operations, Marketing, Finance or any of our functions, grads can expect a fast-paced, exciting journey that will stretch and test them. The ultimate aim is for them to be propelled into a management role within 12 months.
